Designed for laid-back coastal living, this spacious single-level retreat blends comfort, style, and plenty of space for families or groups to spread out and unwind. Step inside to find a bright and inviting living area for relaxing or keeping up with work. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy vacation meals. A standout highlight is the curated beverage setup, featuring a Ninja slushy machine and a Breville coffee bar that guests are sure to appreciate. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Three king bedrooms offer restful privacy, while the fourth bedroom features built-in bunk beds with four twin beds, making it an ideal setup for kids or extra guests. 

We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy:  **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately, and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Coastal Lodge!

5. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

6. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra cost. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.

7. BOAT DOCK: This is UNAVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. Please do not bring boats or jet skis to the property, as the boat dock is off-limits and the water is very shallow. Kayaks and paddleboards are welcome.
