Bahama Breeze

Bahama Breeze was packed with everything we could possibly need—from beach chairs and toys to trash bags and dishwasher pellets.
The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery, tableware, and cooking tools, with plenty of dining spots throughout the rental.
The beds were cozy, and both bathrooms were great—particularly the shower off the master bedroom.
Our group had teens who loved swimming in the pool and lounging outside to watch YouTube.
As one guest put it, the rental team had thought of everything. No worries here!

My friends and I celebrated my 80th birthday We couldn't have had a nicer place, we enjoyed the heated pool, the lanai area and had plenty of seating inside and out. There was even beach towels, and beach chairs available!
Any time I had a question, Landon answered very promptly.
We highly recommend this beautiful Airbnb and would stay again.

Great stay! House is nicely decorated with an inviting layout and had all the essentials. Outdoor area very relaxing with the pool and cozy with the loungers and tv. Fantastiskt bra boende och fantastisk värd. Allt var genomtänkt. Allt fanns (även tandkräm). Värden var väldigt kommunikativ och hjälpsam.
Vi spenderade en fantastisk vecka här och firade jul. På dagarna blev det utflykter till de olika stränderna och allt fanns att låna: parasoll, solstolar, kylbox, frisbee, kärra...

OUTSTANDING! We've stayed on the Key 3-4 times and in Sarasota homes 4-5 times. We have never stayed at the same rental twice. Bahama Breeze will be the exception. We will stay there again as often as we can.

We stayed as a group of 7 and the house was perfect for our trip. The living room and kitchen space is spacious and great for hanging out and the pool was a nice extra. We came for a martial arts seminar, so having laundry facilities was very helpful.

This home matches its description and pictures perfectly. It’s located on a very quiet street with low traffic and a variety of options close by for dining but also still only 10-15 minutes from dining on the water. Very clean and cozy; I highly recommended staying here.

We booked this home last minute to stay during hurricane Milton since it was in a safer zone than our home.
The home was exactly as described which was a huge relief in an already stressful situation.
In short, we weren't there for fun, we were there for safety. And we felt very safe there all things considered. The home is concrete block and didn't make a peep during a Category 3 direct hit hurricane, which is saying something.
It would have been a great place to stay for a vacation. Very comfortable and clean. Easy access to area points of interest. Quiet neighborhood. ✅

This house was clean, comfortable and well stocked and felt like home in just a short amont of time. Landon quickly responded while we were there. Check in and out was a breeze and we were only about 10 minutes from grocery stores and 15 from shopping and Siesta Key beach. I am so glad we chose this property and would stay again!

Had a wonderful stay! Really appreciated the small extra bedroom off the king bedroom. Our kids stayed in there and they loved the bunk bed. Also so nice having the big onsuite bathroom with washer/dryer. The house had plenty of space for the 10 of us (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 infants). Would definitely visit again!

Bahama Breeze was an incredible place to stay for our first trip to Sarasota! We were 15 minutes away from all the beaches we visited (Siesta Key, Turtle Beach and Lido Key Beach) and lots of restaurants and shopping close by! The home was in quiet, peaceful neighborhood. My family traveled here with 3 young kids and their grandparents. We appreciated the bunk room and 3 total bedrooms for us all to spread out and get good rest each night! The beds were all very comfortable! The house was spotless - everything was very clean and the house was well stocked with all the essentials you need! We especially appreciated all the beach items - chairs, toys, umbrellas, beach cart and towels!! These made our trips to the beach so much easier (and we couldn't pack these items when flying in from out of state!). We spent every afternoon in the pool and overall thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here. I couldn't recommend this home enough!!

We loved staying at this Airbnb. It was on a safe, quiet street within walking distance to Pinecraft and a nice park with pickleball courts. It was in a wonderful location in terms of proximity (short 15 minute drive) to a variety of beaches, including our favorite: Siesta Key Beach. The house was clean and spacious for the four of us. The house seems ti have been renovated and we liked the decor and linens. It had everything we needed for the beach. The check-out process was the simplest and easiest I've experienced. The unheard pool was great on the hottest day we were there.

This home was immaculate. Just 15 minutes from the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, it was everything Landon promised. Pristine, cozy, and private. Everything we needed for our stay while in town to enjoy some Braves spring training baseball. Very nice, polite neighbors in a quaint neighborhood. Perfect location to be close to Legacy Trail to bike almost every day (3 blocks north), pickleball at nearby park free just off the trail (did not play) but paddles:balls there. Loved the foldable sand wagon to take beach chairs and umbrella available. Siesta Beach 20 mins to get there 40 back due to traffic. Quiet backyard even though only a block away from major street. Went to great restaurants (Own Fish camp and Walt’s Fish rest, Paramo, Food + Beer, Mellow Mushroom Pizza) taking rental car. Made own breakfast and lunch at Arbnb/ all we needed to cook and eat. Even a few spices and cooking spray and coffee available. Did laundry there with soap available. Linens and towels very nice. Bed’s very comfortable. Pool and covered and non covered outdoor eating area very inviting. The only thing we could have used on beach days was a small cooler and maybe a heavy duty bag (we used grocery plastic bags ) . Kitchen and bathrooms very clean/modern. Landon very responsive for any questions.

This was my family’s first experience using AirB&B and it was great. It was just like described and very comfortable. It was quite and had everything we needed. For our size of family I was worried we would be in each others space, but it was very roomy and everyone had a great time! I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind a very short drive to beach. The beach equipment was also a great bonus. They honestly had EVERYTHING we needed!

The design of the Airbnb was simply awe-inspiring. Every corner showcased a thoughtful attention to detail, combining contemporary elements with a warm, inviting ambiance. From the tastefully furnished living spaces to the carefully curated decor, it was evident that the host had put in a lot of effort to create a space that exuded both comfort and style.

The house is very clean and is centrally located to many beaches and attractions. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool was a big hit for the kids. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach wagon, and 2 adult bikes for use in the storage shed. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. The coffee pot is standard (not a Keurig). There are no TVs in the bedrooms. There is a TV outside and one in the living room. The refrigerator will ding if the middle bar is not positioned correctly (shut the left door first). We were happy with the house and location.

Beautifully appointed house. Great location. Amenities were on point. House was extremely comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 3 teens. Pool was awesome. Would definitely stay again when visiting Sarasota.

Landon’s home was everything we were wanting for our stay. We kept commenting to ourselves how it was such an amazing place! He was very quick to answer any questions we had. We loved his recommendations for places to eat and tried quite a few. Beautiful home. We would definitely stay in one of his Airbnb’s again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was squeaky clean when we arrived- they even left the lights on for us! It’s decorated in a way that has little clutter and invites relaxation.
Kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare food- and we appreciated the hand towels, dish soap, and garbage bags.
Bathrooms spotless and lots of soft, clean towels. Nice that we didn’t have to bring shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. Loved having the washer/dryer as well.
Patio was a fun place to chill out with family. Yes, the pool was a bit chilly, but we knew it wasn’t heated since it’s stated in the description.
The neighbors were very quiet and even helped us out when a friend’s car battery died in the driveway. Only issue with noise was that there was a main road close by so you could hear big trucks, ambulances, and motorcycles from the back of the house during the day- but quiet at night. Location was great since you’re close to anything you need!

What you see is what you get. The house was beautiful and well kept. I would definitely stay again. The property wasn’t too far away from Siesta key Beach. So the drive to the beach was not an issue. Great house!!

This property was booked in a rush as a last minute decision on a getaway. What we found was a nicely decorated three bedroom house that was well appointed and spotless. There was nothing left out in the accessories. The appliances were all in good order and the cutlery, crockery and glassware in better order than a normal rental. I would return without hesitation.

This was a great space for us girls to celebrate a bride before her big day! Easy access to the grocery store and restaurants and the beach. Would love to stay again and check out all the bike trails!

This was a beautifully furnished home with plenty of space to relax. It was very clean and we were able to check 1 hour early which allowed us a good transition from one airbnb to another. The neighborhood was very quiet.
Host was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We would stay there again in the future.
We would recommend this to others wanting to stay in Sarasota.
