When renovating this home, we crafted every detail to blow our guests away! Step into your dream getaway in paradise. Located just 20 minutes away from Siesta Key Beach, this home has everything that you and your loved ones need for the vacation of your dreams, including:

When you first enter the home, you are greeted with a beautiful open-floor plan, high vaulted ceilings and gorgeous decor! Our newly revamped home is dressed with plush furnishings, beautiful decor and all of the amenities that you and your loved ones will need to make this feel like your home-away-from-home! Wake up and brew your morning cup of coffee with our machine and enjoy it from the comfort of the plush indoor furniture set, or from the comfort of the incredible covered porch! Enjoy days at the nearby 5-star beaches or days spent enjoying all of the amenities that this home has to offer! Unwind and relax after a day in the sun with a movie next to one of the large Smart TV's, and end it with dinners together on the covered porch. Whatever the day holds, this home has everything that you need to unwind and recharge in paradise!

We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

Located diagonally across the street from Arlington Park! This aquatic facility has 2 pools, outdoor athletic courts, a picnic area, gym, playground & walking trail. Daily rates are offered throughout the year averaging $4 per adult and $2 per child. This space is perfect for enjoying the laid-back pace of this beautiful beach town, while being conveniently located to downtown and a plethora of delicious foodie-inspired restaurants! - The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

Very well decorated, everything you need for a comfortable trip. Check in was seamless, I booked and checked in within hours. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The house was very nice. The location being so close to Arlington Park and having a beautiful walking path was an added bonus! It’s close to some great coffee shops and centrally located to either Lido or Siesta beaches. The only minor issues we found were that the two other bedrooms did not have any dressers for unpacking clothing so my kids had to live out of their suitcases all week. Not the end of the world, but I must have missed that in the photos. Also, the master shower had almost zero water pressure. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the house was well maintained, and having a couple of fans to plug in was a bonus as our family is used to having that to sleep with. Would definitely stay again!

Siesta Vacation

This was our first experience staying at an air bnb, I must say it was a pleasure to be in a home that was clean, well decorated and included all the basic accommodations you would need away from home I particularly would like to highlight the cleanliness of the bathrooms and clean white lines along the baseboards I am very picky where I lay my head at night, this place met all my standards. If you’re looking for a well maintained place to stay where all your basic amenities are included, this is the place to stay. Game table was a family win access to beach items was a plus and the beds were comfy! Excellent vacation spot!

Nice house

House was clean just spacious enough, didn't need to contact host for anything 15 minute drive to siesta keys. The beach cart came in handy. There's a table with a screen on it for games my kids enjoyed playing on it. The neighbor hood was nice seemed safe. No complaints good house for the price would stay again

Lovely home

Lovely, modern, tastefully decorated home with everything you could possibly need and more! The kitchen was fully equipped and all of the appliances are new. The home was stocked with all the soaps: dish, dishwasher tabs, laundry, hand, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo; all the linens: paper towel, toilet tissue, dish towels, wash cloths, and bath towels. We especially enjoyed the gaming table!

Landon’s place was just as described and pictured. Slight cosmetic defects, but nothing that affected our stay. He was helpful and responsive from before booking thru check out. We had an issue with the electronic lock getting in, I think batteries might have been dead, but his team was quick to respond with an alternative option. Fully stocked with all necessities for the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It was a beautiful place and the details were well thought out. I’d recommend staying at any of Landon’s places and we plan to check out his other listings.

The Airbnb was great. The place was so spacious, the kitchen is nicely stocked, and the electrics were a great fun plus. Location was also great so close to downtown and the beach too. I’d gladly stay here again if I came to Sarasota.

We arrived during Deby tropical storm. There was flooding in the Neighborhood and Landon and his team were proactive in communicating the situation. They made everything to make sure the rental was ready in Time for our arrival. All the family loved the house and the accessibility to the beach which was a 15 minutes drive.

Thoughtfully perfect!

This home has been completely redone with a welcoming decor, simple but well-stocked with anything you could need, and everything is so very comfortable! It’s an Ideal location to access beaches, restaurants, downtown, etc. You could honestly show up with just some clothes and a toothbrush/toothpaste and have what you need. Clearly the owner and management understand the needs and comforts of travelers, then wanted to meet them. The beds are all very comfortable, and the house stays cool. So easy to check-in/-out. This house is now on our favorites list…highly recommend!

We spent our summer vacation at Bay Bliss Bungalow, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. Its central location made it perfect for exploring everything nearby. Our kids especially enjoyed the game table, and we loved lounging on the egg chairs, which were incredibly comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and look forward.

It was Beautiful and spacious.
My only thing was that the fire alarm was beeping so my friend and I had to drive to multiple gas stations late at night to buy a replacement so that we would be able to sleep..

Landon was a gracious host who received us into his rental in the middle of the night, absolutely God sent. He was very flexible with our needs, and worked around our crazy time difference. Landon’s place was perfect for a stay with two small children, especially for sleep with their blackout shades and curtains in every room! The place looked brand new and the dishes and cookware were great quality and not something people usually use for Airbnb’s (worn out, old, or cheap).

What a great stay! Beautiful new home, very clean, brand new furniture and appliances. Comfortable bedding and sheets. The kids loved the bunk & game table. Parents loved the E-bikes! Great location in Arlington Park - super quiet and 20 min to St Armand’s Circle & Siesta Key.

Stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house is extremely clean and brand new. The kitchen was full equipped for cooking which we really appreciated. My husband and I loved the electric bikes and rode them all the way to siesta key beach to watch the sunset. Stay here! It’s a great choice.

Landon's home was perfect for our mother daughter getaway. The home was easy to find, squeaky clean, safe and conveniently located to everything. The home had everything we needed. Loved the comfy beds and linens. We are already talking about when we can return. Thanks for the perfect accommodations Landon, we can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean. Located in quiet neighborhood just 15 min away from Siesta beach.
Also enjoyed the 2 e-bikes provided and backyard grill .
Felt like home away from home.
