We stayed here Thanksgiving week 2025 and it was great. Close to Fruitville Road and University Ave., downtown, the beaches, and IMG. Lots of great ethic food nearby. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house had great amenities and comfortable beds. We used the pool and hot tub a few times. We would definitely stay there again.

What a great place! Everything was clean and in working order. We got a lot use out of the hot tub, pool, and cold plunge tub. Check in was a breeze, and we especially appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was, with all of the utensils and supplies we needed. The espresso machine is killer! Landon was prompt and courteous in all of our communications, and the house guide was well written, organized, and thorough. We’re already thinking of booking this place again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place for families. I love the location very quiet and spacious the house. We had everything closed to our home. They make sure we had information of places to go to, supermarkets, places to visit… etc.

This place was amazing! We are a family of six - age range from 7 to 17 and they all loved it. It was a bit further from the beach than we had thought but still worth it. It is about an 18 min drive to the beach. But the house itself has so much to do it was worth the extra drive each night to see the sunset!

We had a great time at the Breezemont! We were so impressed with all the amenities, they thought of everything! We loved that we could have spent all our time at the house but, we loved eating at Spearfish, Captain Kurt’s, and Siesta Key Oyster Bar. There were so many dessert options that were all fantastic! We also enjoyed a dolphin/manatee cruise that was a great way to look at the ocean from another angle than just the beach.
Don’t forget to go to Jack’s Donuts, the closest one was great!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect—peaceful and private, but still close to local attractions.
One small thing to note: when we arrived, the pool was hot and the hot tub was cool. It took the full two days of our stay to get the pool to the intended temperature, and even then, it wasn’t quite cool enough before we left. It didn’t ruin the experience by any means, but it would have been even better if everything had been set correctly beforehand.
That aside, everything else was fantastic, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Landon’s place for Memorial Day Weekend. It was time for us to take a much needed break from work to unwind and Landon’s place had all the amenities you can think of! From the gym, sauna and cold plunge to stay fit during your vacation to having some fun with the electric scooters to ride around the neighborhood, and a hot tub and pool to relax; we had everything we needed.
Landon was super responsive and welcoming! I believe we’re going to be planning another beach day in July and this will be my first option. Landon, I’m going to become a regular! Thank you again!

We had the most unforgettable stay at this incredible home! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The screened-in pool and hot tub were the stars of the show—sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for both relaxing evenings and daytime fun.
The sauna and cold plunge combo made it feel like we had our own private spa. Every detail was clearly thought out for comfort and enjoyment. After a refreshing cold dip, we’d grab one of the electric scooters and explore the neighborhood—such a fun and unique touch!
Inside, the home is packed with entertainment for all ages. The arcade games and family board games kept the kids (and adults!) entertained for hours. Everything was well-stocked, from games to kitchen essentials, and we felt right at home.

Our stay at the Breezemont home was everything we expected and more! We travelled with four young adult children and two doodles. The home was immaculate, extremely spacious, and even more accommodating than the description. The pool was the perfect temperature and offered enough noodles for all of us to enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. The gym was perfect for our two gym rats, and of course, we all took the cold plunge challenge! The hot tub was also amazing and the kids loved taking the scooters for a few rides. Honestly, I can say we utilized and enjoyed every single amenity! Overall the home was PERFECT. From all of the amenities to the immensely cozy couch (March Madness), comfortable beds, and impeccable communication….if you’re considering booking this home…don’t have regrets..,book it and enjoy!

We spent time here with our family and my husbands parents.we really enjoyed the place! The pool was amazing after a day at the beach. It was nice to have our own private neighborhood but be close to a lot of different stores,restaurants,and ice cream shops! The game room and sauna were a highlight.
