Our stay at Landon’s place was wonderful! The pictures speak for themselves, and the place looks just like that. Most importantly, Landon was always responsive and helped us both before and during our stay. Absolutely worth it!

Awesome home! We celebrated our daughter’s sweet 16 and this was a perfect venue for our family. Great location to visit most local spots like beaches, downtown and marina. Would also recommend the house and host. Landon was responsive and supportive in every way.

The house was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 8. It’s just minutes away from everything in the area and offered easy accessibility to everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean as well.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and comfortable house. Everything was nice. We enjoyed the great espresso machine, the serene garden, and the comfortable furniture. The kids loved the pool table and toys. It was also nice to have things like oil olive and great cooking materials. We hope to come again! Thank you, Landon!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and furnished with high-end, modern furniture throughout. The host was extremely responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in and check-out instructions, making everything seamless.
The property was thoughtfully stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of towels, and even a garage full of pool floaties and extras for guests to enjoy. I stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the absolute best spot! Landon was extremely responsive 24/7 and provided my girls and I with anything we needed! My stay was 10/10.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing. It is quiet and peaceful. The home has everything you would need. Beautiful home. Place was clean! Plenty of space, easily could accommodate 2 families. Landon was upfront about the washer not working prior to our arrival. They sent someone to try and fix it asap. Our kids enjoyed it too. Had some extras for them without feeling like an “arcade” house. Thanks for a great visit. Would come back!

We had a lovely stay at Landon‘s home. It was spacious, beautifully appointed and centrally located with close proximity to downtown Sarasota and shops. The backyard oasis was perfect for sunning and entertaining. It was the perfect space for me, my siblings and 90 yo dad to relax and enjoy a much needed escape from cold NYC.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for a work trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space without feeling crowded, which made the stay so comfortable. The privacy was especially appreciated.
The kitchen was gorgeous and fully equipped with upscale Bosch appliances, and the coffee machine was a highlight each morning. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for.
The view of the pool was stunning, and there was plenty of outdoor seating to relax and unwind after long days. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
