Get Ready to explore the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains with this private get away. This five-bedroom comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it an excellent choice for family vacations, friends’ trips, or extended escapes. Inside, the home has a warm, cabin-style ambiance that pairs mountain character with plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together, whether you’re brewing coffee in the morning or gathering for dinner after a day of exploring. Multiple living spaces invite you to settle in, with an indoor fireplace that creates a cozy focal point for cool evenings.

We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

Please Note:

1. Please be aware that black bears do frequent the area. Make sure to lock your cars and no loose trash is around the property. This will help these bears stay away from the property. Do not approach Black bears. Please keep your distance.  

2. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately, and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

4. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

5. Swim at your own risk in the hot tub.

8. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4-wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow.

9. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.
