Experience the charm of Amish country at the Natural Nook! Thanks to all of the homes incredible amenities, we won't blame you if you never leave the house during your stay! Start the morning with a cup of coffee from the comfort of the front porch rocking chairs, and end the day around the outdoor fire table with your private patio set! Whatever the day holds, this home will be a cozy spot for you to recharge with your loved ones!

We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful Amish Country environment, and welcoming you to join us!
• We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
• All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
• We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural Indiana sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at our tiny home!

The natural nook was perfect for me and my husband, it was very clean and had everything we needed plus it was close to all the places we wanted to go. We also had a great view of farm animals out back. We would definitely stay again.

The booking process and communication with the host was very easy. The property was charming and very clean, well equipped and in a lovely, peaceful rural location. Two exceptional points: First, my granddaughter and I were arriving at the property quite late. I requested a bit later checkout so we could have a more leisurely morning and not have to get up and rush out. The host was kind enough to extend our checkout time which we appreciated. It even allowed us some time to sit on the little back patio and enjoy the farm animals behind the property before getting back on the road. Secondly, we arrived around 11:00pm and had some trouble with the key pad mechanism to unlock the door. I called the phone number provided, got an answer at that late hour and help in correctly operating the door lock. I was so grateful for the easy accessibility to help. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

My husband and I stayed here on a 3 day getaway. The tiny home was adorable and so comfy and clean. It is in a great location, downtown is a short walk and the pumpkin vine trail is very close by as well. We loved sitting in the chairs out back and watching the horses and sheep in the fields behind the house. Landon responded within minutes with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area

The tiny house was very clean, like new! Location is excellent to town so we enjoyed several days exploring the flea market and all of the shops and restaurant's in Shipshewana. Check in process was super easy for us. The neighbors, an elderly couple didn’t understand how to use a door code lock and didn’t bring their door code, but we were able to connect them to the host with one call and got them in. Such a fantastic mother daughter trip and highly recommend the tiny homes for lodging. Super cute!

We enjoyed the space, it was serene and peaceful. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the location is off from the small town which made us curious to explore a bit more into town due to wanting to do a little shopping / retail therapy. I kinda of wish the check out time was a bit of an hour later without having to anticipate or wait until the day of checkout but Landon and his team did their best and we’ll hopefully be back to see our Amish friends! What is our cancellation policy?

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
