Landon’s home was one of the nicest Air BnB’s I’ve had the pleasure of renting. It was beautifully decorated and the layout was well thought out.
He had pretty much everything you could think of needing while staying at his home.
One of the highlights for me as a coffee lover was this amazing coffee bar, it was top notch!
I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Sarasota.

We stayed at this property and absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for our daily routine, especially traveling with a baby. They kindly provided a crib for us, which made everything so much easier, and they were always attentive and responsive throughout our stay.
The property was spotless. The pool, bedrooms, and all common areas were very clean, and there were plenty of towels available. The location is excellent, close to the beach and many places of interest in Sarasota. There is also a Publix supermarket just five minutes away, along with pharmacies, restaurants, and everything you might need.
The Sarasota Trail runs right behind the property, which is wonderful. There is a beautiful playground area and even bicycles available for guests. We did not use them since we are traveling with a baby, but it is very well equipped.

Best house we’ve ever stayed in. This house felt brand new and was truly stunning—every detail was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were highlights and made the stay feel extra luxurious. The cappuccino machine was such a thoughtful touch and quickly became part of our daily routine. Logan and the team were incredibly attentive and responsive, answering any questions immediately and making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again.

I can't say enough about my family's stay at Lux Pelican's Perch. The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. There was a generous supply of paper products, trash bags, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies and much more.
The pool and hot tub were a huge hit after a long day. The house provided many extras such as the 2 electric bikes we used to ride on the 10 mile trail right behind the house, fun games in the garage, toys for the kids, and beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys) to use at the beach.
Landon was amazing to work with throughout this reservation. He keep in constant communication, provided local things to do, places to eat, and provided very detail instructions about the in and outs of the house. When reaching out to Landon he was so quick to respond and exceeded all my expectations. If my family ever makes it back to Sarasota I will definitely be reaching out to Landon.

Great spot for a group of 10 in town for a wedding. So much space indoors and out to hang out with everyone. Bedrooms are nice and it’s a really nice house. There’s a sign out front that says vacation rental that left me a little uneasy and we had a weird situation with a cleaner coming a day early when we weren’t there but I do think it was just an honest mistake. Would recommend for sure

Landon was extremely helpful and responsive. Instructions were clear. I want to say, one of the best properties I've ever stayed in. Every part the house has a nice flow to it. The pool area is spacious and has many seating areas with a bbq. It had every amenities you would need in a house. I wish I can live in the house😅. will definitely stay here again if I make another trip.

This home was hands down the absolute BEST Airbnb experience we have EVER had! Everything was more than we could ask for and Landon was such a wonderful host. Always available, quick to answer and messages, and very accommodating to us.
I've never slept in a more comfortable bed! And that is one thing that is so important when you're on vacation and so busy running around...it's exhausting. So, the last thing you want to do is lay down and not sleep at night because your bed is uncomfortable!
The home was incredibly furnished and decorated and there was so much room! We really felt "bougie" ha-ha!
They had all the amenities you could want and I just honestly can't say enough about how much we loved it!
I told Landon that from now on - anywhere we travel - we will check first to see if bnb breeze has a home in that location! After this experience - we would always choose their homes without hesitation!

Very comfortable place with a responsive, friendly host. The space is very well designed and clean, with a lot of amenities and supplies. We used the gym to work out and the pool was also nice. The only downside is the outside area is not covered so there are a lot of mosquitoes in the morning and at night. Otherwise, it’s perfect and close enough to one of our favorite beaches in the US!

We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful house. It was so comfortable and such a fun place to be, we didn’t want to leave. The pool was our favorite place to be. It was the perfect spot to spend in the FL sunshine. The kitchen was well stocked along with all the bathrooms and everything you’d need to feel at home. We also enjoyed the Legacy Trail right behind the house that we walked every day. The beds and furniture were all so comfortable too. It was a 5 star experience and Landon is fantastic host.

Probably the nicest air bnb we’ve stayed in. They had all the essentials and went above and beyond on everything (from espresso maker to kids toys, frame TV, bikes, workout equipment, beach supplies, lighted mirrors, comfortable beds, pool floats and toys, and more).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were not far from a great beach, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and easy food delivery (uber eats, etc) available.
Our kids loved the pool and hot tub and all of the toys. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely gorgeous home! We had two families staying and the space was perfectly sized to accommodate everyone and still provide privacy. There is not a wasted inch in the home’s design!
