The place was great. Had everything we needed and walkable to everything!
Others mentioned the city noise, it was pretty loud at night. Cars like to drive through the street reving their engines but they had fans and sound machines around the place to drown out the noise. The beds and pillows were super comfortable so we were able to sleep fairly well despite the noise and lights from the city.

The apartment was great, Landon messaged me proactively with clear instructions and responded quickly to my questions, and the location was mostly great. It was fantastic to be able to walk to everything we wanted, but (as advertised) it's downtown, so it wasn't very quiet at night.

Had conference at Hyatt Regency only steps away. Great for us to have our own spaces and living area vs a hotel. Walked to everything for shopping, food and drink. Would stay again!

We loved this apartment! There were 6 of us and the place felt very spacious. The location is incredible, very easy to walk to everything downtown has to offer.
Only downside is the location is so great that it was very loud at night. Bring a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper!

The Red Door Apartment is in a great location. Once we arrived at the apartment, we parked our car and walked downtown for the rest of the weekend. The accommodations are lovely and communication was on point with the property management. The lighting is beautiful in the main spaces and kitchen and a wonderful time was had by all. If you stay in the primary suite, I would advise bringing hearing protection as the noise on the street can be quite loud. This is in no means meant to decrease the review or to deter an individual from renting this beautiful space, just a factual statement. I would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

This is the perfect location if you’re wanting a place on Main Street in walking distance to so many great places! We love visiting Jack n Diane’s dueling piano bar and this was only a block away - HUGE win! Being that it’s right next to the action it can be a little noisy at night, but they had a sound machine in the closet if needed! The place was just as described with lots of room to spread out. It was the perfect place for our girls weekend in Greenville!

Landon was very responsive when messaged questions. Due to an ice storm I needed to stay an extra night and was granted permission readily.
This place is absolutely luxurious with great amenities and spaciousness. Extremely clean and clutter free. Very comfortable heat and very private.
Stairs weren't an issue as the upstairs location provided a cozy feel.

Spacious and attractive apartment in a great location. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and great shopping. The host was very responsive. The location is safe and was well lit.
Things for awareness:
The apartment is up a lengthy flight of stairs. Fine for most folks but be aware if mobility challenged.
The apartment is in the city on a busy street. Lots of street noise and ambient light through the blinds.
I would stay at this apartment again when visiting the area but would bring earplugs and an eye mask.

Fantastic place - it's HUGE with plenty of space for everyone in your party. Beds were comfortable and furnishings were beautiful. A little loud at night on the weekends because it's near restaurants, bars, etc. We would definitely stay again!

I live overseas but I’m originally from Greenville so it’s always exciting to come back home and see family.
I originally rented a different BNB but unfortunately did not have a great experience and had to check out sooner than expected.
Switching to Landon’s place made up for my bad experience and then some! He was very kind and responsive!
This was a perfect location to visit the old neighborhood and within a quick drive to mostly everything.
Will definitely stay next time!

We loved this place. It was extremely comfortable and a promo location. It was top notch and will tent dame place next time. We had 4 in our party but it very easily accommodates 6. Our stay was too short. The loft was very tastfully decorated with everything you could possibly need.

Our stay was perfect. The location makes it easy to walk to dinner and shopping. Landon was very easy to contact. A smoke alarm was low on battery and chirping but in a place that required a ladder to change. before we could finish our dinner out the problem was taken care of. Would stay here agin in a heartbeat!

Great location steps from Main Street, restaurants and Falls River Park. Historic building beautifully updated to current standards. Very roomy. Master suite exposed to morning traffic while other bedrooms situated on back of building with skylights. There is a flight of stairs from street level which did not impact us.

Landon's place offered the perfect location for getting around downtown Greenville. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay!
Landon's home was very spacious!
Two of the bedrooms have a skylight so I recommend packing a sleep mask if you like to sleep in. The master bedroom did have some nightly noise from normal night life and street traffic you'd expect from being downtown. I'd recommend some ear plugs if this bothers you. Landon does provide a great sound machine to help.
Overall, our trip was excellent! Landon offered lots of local recommendations during our stay and was extremely responsive. We'd definitely stay again!

Great location! We loved the loft’s proximity to superb restaurants, fun shopping and sightseeing in the heart of downtown! We had no problem finding the loft and enjoyed its spaciousness. Since you are in the heart of downtown, it is noisy at night (handy white noise machines are provided by Landon) and I would recommend bringing a sleep mask — there are many skylights throughout the loft — which are great for lighting. Landon was quick to respond to any questions.

The apartment was spacious, stylish, and comfortable. Fabulous location-- pretty much walkable to everything and felt very safe. Landon was super quick to respond to a question I had. We loved sitting in the living room with the beautiful fireplace going-- very cozy! The only negative is that the street noise is very loud, which was a non-issue during the day but made sleeping a challenge. Landon has thoughtfully provided white noise machines in the bedrooms, which we were grateful for, but it wasn't quite enough to mask the noise of the busy street below. I recommend that guests bring earplugs for sleep. Aside from that, we loved our stay!

The place was perfect! Right in the center of downtown. Actually we had a terrible experience with a VRBO host who double booked, so we had to find a place last minute. Thankfully this was available. It was just what we needed. The only disappointing thing was that the fireplace didn’t work. However, owner got back to us about tips to make it work promptly. Unfortunately it seems the previous tenants turned the gas off so we didn’t get to use it at all. Other than that it was a wonderful stay! Would book again for sure.

Incredbile space with beautiful furnishings. Everything was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean. Host was excellent and communication was great. The unit is located in the middle of all the action in Greenville, SC and you can walk to anything you would want to do. As others have mentioned there is a good bit of street noise at night but this is to be expected in a prime city location. Probably wouldn't recommend it for kids or anyone that is a light sleeper, but it was perfect for our girls weekend! Would definitely come back! Overall excellent experience.

Landon was a responsive host. We really enjoyed the apartment’s proximity to Main Street and Greenville’s shopping and restaurants, plus easy parking nearby. The living room/open concept dining and kitchen and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Though I’m no stranger to city noises, it was quite loud on a busy street (the 6am leaf blower was special!) and one of the beds has a skylight over it so I recommend bringing ear plugs and an eye mask for sleep. All in all we had a great time and I would recommend this spot!

We loved and appreciated everything by about this stay, the host, and the space. THE LOCATION: GREAT spot and super walkable to lots of restaurants and city center. Parking garage is extremely close to the apartment, which made it so easy for us when we did need the use of our car to get to places. THE SPACE: absolutely impeccable. Decor is modern and the exposed brick and quality craftsmanship of the space was a favorite for us. Incredibly spacious with tons of natural light coming through. The beds were so comfortable and wonderful to sleep in. We felt at home in a space that was brand new to us so this stood out to me and my family. THE HOST: Landon was so kind, responsive, welcoming, informative, and really kind in all correspondences. We came to Greenville for a few days after hurricane helene and words cannot express the gratitude for their level of care and concern that was extended to me and my family before, during, and after our stay.

Thank you Landon for being a great host! We loved the location! Couldn’t have been better! We were literally 100 feet to Main Street where all the action is! We parked our cars and didn’t have to use them again till we left.
Nice, bedrooms all with King beds was a plus! We used the comfy kitchen for breakfasts for our group and played cards at night. Landon was quick to respond to all our questions. We hope to come and stay again sometime!

We LOVED the area! Restaurants, shopping & just such a cool vibe!!! So much to do and it was almost ALL walkable! I would absolutely return. The loft itself was super room with an amazing kitchen and huge primary suite. Giant walk in closet, perfect for getting ready for my son's wedding. This was such a great place....BOOK IT!!!! You will not be disappointed. Pro tip--It is in the busy city area, so a sleep mask & foam ear plugs would be a good investment, however, well worth that to be in such a cool location.

We loved the accommodations. The apartment was easy to locate, parking was on the block, we were able to walk everywhere in the area and found shopping, fine food and cocktail venues to be prolific and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished and as described (thanks for the tip on the main suite hot water tap!). I am not used to city living, so the noise level was more than expected, although it had been mentioned, and the white noise machine worked great. We used the recommended paddle boarding tour in Pisgah Forest and loved it - worth the drive. Greenville is lovely and I look forward to my next visit.

Location was absolutely perfect. Walkable to everything on Main St. The condo was even larger than the pictures. Plenty of room for our whole family. Was a little noisy at night, but to be expected in any downtown. Host was extremely responsive, and the check out procedure was very simple. The major strength of this property is the location. The entire downtown city of Greenville is within walking distance. The home is spacious and each bedroom has plenty of space with king beds. The beds linens were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a great size and the open floor plan with exposed brick makes the space inviting and user friendly. While the location of the rental is amazing, you will have the noise and traffic that is typical of a place like this. They have placed noise machines in every room which is helpful. Landon was super communicative and helpful. Directions and instructions were clear and easy to follow.

We LOVED this apartment. It’s in a central location that’s extremely walkable and there are a couple same-block parking garages nearby.
We were traveling with little ones so if you happen to be reading this review and making plans, here are a few tips for making this place work for you: you’ll need to bring a wide baby gate to block off the stairs down to the front door from this second floor apartment. The secondary bedrooms have gorgeous skylights which may make nap time tricky. Luckily the primary bedroom has a supersized closet that perfectly fits a pack and play for nap time (or bed time.) This apartment is off of a main thoroughfare so a sound machine/ ear plugs for mom and dad at night will be great!
We had an awesome stay and would definitely stay again!

Landon’s place was great and we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in the heart of downtown and the place was very clean with all necessary amenities. A trade off of being right downtown is that there was quite a bit of road noise at night. Especially the weekend with a lot of loud music from cars and motorcycles revving their engines. But we brought sound machines (pretty sure the host supplied some too, but we didn’t look) with us for the bedrooms because of having a toddler and infant and it really helped. Overall with the sound machines the noise never woke up our children and the street noise in the living room wasn’t enough to take away from how great the location was and how clean the loft is. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore downtown Greenville!

We absolutely loved the apartment and its proximity to everything downtown Greenville offers. It was convenient, spacious and very well-appointed. The street noise in the front bedroom was loud at night and in the early morning, though Landon provided a noise maker. If you’re a light sleeper definitely bring earplugs. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this apartment!

Being from this most wonderful town, I am pretty picky when I get an airbnb for a staycation. This one never disappoints! Location , you definitely can not get any better. It’s in the heart of downtown , yet off of main st so you don’t get all the street noise like you do in other spaces. Inside of this place is perfect! It’s clean as a nun and well stocked! Enjoyed our last minute stay at the red door. Landon was very helpful and quick to respond when we asked for additional info on how to get into the building and how to lock the main door. Very clean rooms! Tons of space for our family.
Important to keep in mind that it is down town and there is a lot of traffic in the AM and loud cars around the clock that you can hear perfectly clear inside. Would stay here again for the convenience it offered us to downtown!

This is a really great place to stay while in Greenville. We were there for a wedding and it didn’t disappoint! It’s spacious, clean and the beds are super comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s is pretty light on some basics like coffee, and even hangars in the closet so make sure you bring what you need. Other than that we LOVED our stay here!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Landon’s place! It was prime location for Greenville. Couldn’t get any better without staying in an expensive hotel. We loved the big living room, comfy beds, nice furnishings, sound system, and kitchen appliances. The only issue was the street noise, which we were warned about so it wasn’t really an issue, and the skylight in the two bedrooms that made it kind of bright at night and in the morning when you’re trying to sleep. Other than that, wonderful place and we would come back anytime!

Absolutely loved staying here! Landon was a great host with prompt communication about everything. He is a "superhost" for a reason. Check in/out was a breeze, the property was very clean, and it had everything we needed. And it was right in the heard of city! This is a HUGE apartment that gave everyone plenty of space....when we were actually there. We parked right around the corner (for only $7/day!) and didn't need to move our car for four days. Downtown Greenville is amazing. Everything is within walking distance from Landon's property. We hung out at Yee Haw brewery (fun place), saw a fabulous show at The Peace Center, had an incredible dinner at Jianna's down by the river (our favorite!), a beautiful night at Up on the Rooftop, pool and darts at Barley's two blocks away, Neat bourbon bar one block away, and had a segway tour through the city. And that was Sun-Wed! We can't wait to come back and stay at Landon's again during a weekend to see even more. Thanks for a great stay!

The reviews are accurate - it was noisy at night, but we were so impressed that a sound machine was added! We knew there would be noise, so it really didn’t bother us. The place was just as pictured. Very pretty and open. Felt very safe and so easy to walk to shops and restaurants with Main-street just one block away. Can be a bit noisy at night… lots of cars revving their engines late into night but didn’t really bother us. Pretty skylights in every bedroom give loads of natural light… Master had streetlight through skylight at night which could bother some light sleepers. Easy walk to 4th fireworks at Unity park too! We would stay here again for sure.

Overall our experience was great. Beds were comfortable and the loft was large. The couches were not the best. One leg on the couch facing the tv is loose or something. It would move when anyone would sit. There was mold on the tile in the master shower. The baseboards and windows could use some dusting. Besides those few little things it was a great place. The apartment is as pictured. The great room/dining area is huge! Kitchen is also very large with plenty of room for multiple people, preparing meals. The master is huge with plenty of storage and closet space. Other two bedrooms have king size large, comfy beds. A/C works great. Thanks also for the coffee and bottle of wine! Parking is on street, watch signs, or garage across street, it was fine. Master has lots of street noise from cars at night; but calms down later. Bathroom showers need some love; redo the caulking and grout.

We loved staying at Red Door Apartment. It was spacious with lots of natural light. King beds in all bedrooms was a huge plus. The only downside is the noise in the master bedroom at night from street traffic. But, you are in the middle of everything and within walking distance to all of the downtown locations so the trade off was worth it for us. If noise bothers you, definitely bring a sound machine.

We loved everything about this place EXCEPT it was so loud at night that we had to call the police one night, who did nothing. There was street racing all night long and loud partying. We couldn't sleep. It ruined our time there. I don't know what, if anything , can be done, but you need to know. Other than that we loved it. But we would never rent this unit again.

This spacious rental was perfect for our 4 night stay in Greenville with two young children. The location was perfect for walking, and the downstairs landing was a great spot for storing bags, strollers, etc. The rooms were large and beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed within the rental for basic meals. The couch was not super comfortable (would not sleep on it or even sit for a movie), but we weren't lounging much, as there is so much to do downtown. We never moved our car except to visit some family a few miles away. If you are traveling with young children, the walk in closet in the master bedroom is spacious and dark for a bassinet or pack n play. The other two bedrooms have skylights, so plan accordingly for that. We had a few pop in local guests who were happy to discover the space to recommend to others.

This was perfect for friends in town for graduation. The only criticism is that the kitchen is not well-stocked. There was no can-opener, no wine-opener, and no casserole dishes to cook with. We enjoyed the space though and would rent it again. Thanks!

This condo is in a great location right off N Main St in Downtown Greenville. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and river/falls. All bedrooms have king beds and kitchen and living area spacious and well appointed. 3 couples and toddler easily shared space

We enjoyed this clean, spacious home. Went to Top Golf, less than 15 minutes away, then did not need to drive remaining time here because home is in the heart of downtown with plenty of great dining and shopping, walking.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was perfect for walking around town exploring the charming Main St. area. We walked to Falls Park every day, an easy 1/2 mile walk. We barely used the car, but when we did need to drive, it was easy to find a garage space and daily rate was pretty cheap at only $7/day for in-town parking. We had never visited Greenville before, and this location put us in the heart of it all, in a location where we felt safe with easy access to all the things we wanted to see. The apartment was in great condition, spacious and comfortable, and accurately represented in the photos.

The place is exactly as it appears in the photos. I visited with my family to change scenery for Christmas. From the moment we stepped in, we automatically wanted to stay longer simply from the apartment alone knowing we had to get back home on the end date we chose. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The location was perfect, we were right at the heart of downtown Greenville with plenty of stores and restaurants to visit and dine in. The fireplace really solidified this winter trip for my family since we don’t have that where we reside. If we ever needed anything at any point, Landon was quick to help (despite messaging him on Christmas Day, he was attentive and quick to help regardless). I will definitely be returning and I hope to find this place available. I don’t see myself returning UNLESS I’m staying at this spot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Landon's place is fabulous!! It is absolutely gorgeous, a very cool space with awesome charm but with plenty of modern updates. It is spacious and comfortable and absolutely spotless. The location is amazing, steps from Main Street.
Landon was a great host, too! He was communicative and thoughtful!
I will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The location couldn't be better! Walking distance to great restaurants in the heart of downtown. The apartment is very clean and spacious, and Landon is an excellent host. There is also parking right beside the apartment which makes checking in and out very simple. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay downtown in this lovely area.

My two sisters and I traveled to Greenville for shopping, relaxing, fun, etc. This apartment was perfect for us in every way possible. The location is ideal for walking to shopping and restaurants. It is a super clean apartment and has every amenity you could need. Landon was extremely responsive when we had a question. He even sent me some of his favorite spots in Greenville prior to us coming. We hope to stay here again in the future. A++++

This place had it all ... amazing host with ongoing, helpful communication. We were close to everything in downtown Greenville, including a safe-feeling parking garage that was free over the weekend. The check-out process was friendly to the guest, unlike some others. The street was active and fun during the day, but the house felt safe and peaceful at night! We would rent again!

Our stay was fantastic and the place was exactly as advertised. The pictures dont do it justice and the host was really, really great! The shops were nice and really easy to walk to. If you stay here you will not be disappointed, just keep in mind that it is downtown so the traffic will be a little noisy. Just turn on the fan and it will drown out the noise. I can't wait to stay here again. Your stay won't be disappointing, promise.

Ive stayed at airbnb’s around the world and this space was one of the best open spaces ive ever stayed in. The location is tremendous just steps from Main Street and around the corner from some great bars, restaurants and walking/biking/hiking trails. Will definitely be back!

The apartment is clean, spacious, lots of light and in a good location. Very close walking distance to restaurants and shops and still walkable (only a few blocks to Reedy Falls). Overall it was a good stay even with some restrictions for Covid 19. Greenville is a hidden treasure!

First of all, Landon is the best. I tried to book a place super late that didn’t work out and he went above and beyond to help me! Not only was it late at night but I mean, He hooked me up! So, he’s the best.
The place was AH MAZING! All of them are! It was smack downtown, super clean yet super comfy, not sterile feeling. If you are reading this, then pull the trigger and book it! you won’t regret it!
