We just returned from a 5 day stay at Landon’s beautiful home.
Our family consisted of 4 adults and 3 children ( ages 5/3/1). There was plenty of space to spread out. The house was very clean and well organized and we appreciated the lack of “nick nacks” given our small children. Beds were comfortable with nice linens.The pool is small but heated and we loved it. The outside ping pong table and areas to sit and relax were great.
The house is in a neighborhood — very quiet — it’s not a beachy feel like Siesta Key but beaches are easily accessible by car. Our kids preferred the pool so this wasn’t a big deal.
Landon was very responsive and answered our questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Spacious, clean and modern with plenty of room for 8 to gather together (or find privacy — especially liked sunset on the roof deck). If you like to jog or bike can’t beat the proximity to the Legacy Trail. Also walking distance from the new(ish) Sarasota Art Museum, and a short drive from downtown Sarasota’s shops and restaurants.

This house is in the most perfect spot and is exactly like the photos. We had a great stay with a group of 8. The house was clean and the back yard had everything we needed! Communication was proactive and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful modern style house, great for a big family. Everything was top notch and very clean. Close to so many shopping centers, restaurants, beaches. Loved everything about it, pool is a little smaller than expected but we still enjoyed it. Would definitely consider coming back. Beautiful home in a great location. You get the convenience of being downtown while being next to a park and trail. Plus you are a short drive from two of the best beaches. Perfect spot and space for a family vacation.
The home was very clean. One of the rare places that look better in person than in photos. The kitchen was well stocked. The espresso machine really put it over the top. We really enjoyed our stay!

Given time of year the roof terrance was brilliant to catch late day sun.
Only negative would be slow internet and signal dropping but given we were on holiday wasn’t a major one… defo not one to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay in Sarasota! The property is super modern and beautiful. We enjoyed it a lot! The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool is not very big but very nice.
We could find everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathrooms.
I would like to mention the coffee machine. It's super expensive and makes a perfect latte and cappuccino.
The owner has always been super helpful and responsive.
We are planning to come back to this property next time we are in Sarasota!

I'm so glad we stayed here the week of my son's destination wedding at Selby Gardens. It felt like a 5 star hotel, but with tons of elbow room. The home is outfitted with comfy beds & linens, wonderful furniture both inside and out, tv's everywhere, and even free weights in the garage! There were so many thoughtful accommodations provided, like a wagon for the beach, enough coffee so you don't have to rush out to the grocery store if you arrive late at night, plenty of pool towels, and a kitchen stocked with nice quality cooking gear. Loved the filtrated water system - no need to buy bottled water. We will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location, quick drive to St Armands, the beach, Publix, and other restaurants downtown. Park is walking distance. House was clean and new, great for our family. My son loved the pool and the house had toys and a boogie board. We had a day with wifi issues, but was resolved same day. Memories created here we'll definitely cherish!

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. It was quiet. The pool was nice. Heated pool was a nice touch as well. In the kitchen with spacious the coffee maker was clean. The fridge was clean as well. Plenty of towels for the pool. Plenty of seating as well it was nice and relaxing to go out on the patio and drink coffee in the morning. Publix was just a second away and the shops and dining were a short drive away as well. Definitely would recommend staying here again.

Serenity Springs was the perfect home for our family! The house was spotless and had really comfortable beds. My older son especially loved the pool and basketball hoop on the side of it. It was a quick ride to downtown, a fantastic park nearby and only took us about 20 minutes to get to Siesta Key. 5 stars!

We had an incredible stay at this modern and sophisticated home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean and fresh the house was. The pool and sunning area were simply amazing—ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun! The expansive open floor plan, seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining, living, patio, and pool areas, made it perfect for entertaining family during our son's wedding week in Sarasota.
The elegant master bedroom and en suite were truly a highlight, providing a luxurious retreat after our busy days. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic getaway!

One of the best short term rental we've ever stayed in. Beautiful property, home has everything you need, including games and toys for the kids, pool toys and basketball hoop, seasonings and cookware in the kitchen, just really well stocked. Great heated pool, as nice as it looks in the pictures, and very quiet. LOVED this place.

It was the perfect change of plans for our mom’s trip! A siesta key resort had cancelled on us due to hurricane damage, and this house was able to work for us. It was spacious, had a clean pool and we could still drive to the beach within 15 minutes ride. It’s a great location to easily get downtown too. The trail is within walking distance and I was able to go for my morning run! Grocery store is within minutes. Landon was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place!!

Everything was really good, the house was clean and everything was setup perfectly for us when we got there. The only two things that could’ve been fixed is having wifi in the house and having a clean pool. But other than that everything was good we highly recommend. 10/10

My husband and I stayed here with our baby and thought the home was lovely. Good distance between siesta key village and downtown Sarasota. I loved there were items for a baby since we brought ours in her first trip and the house had a pack n play, high chair, and even toys. Landon was extremely responsive which was great. The only issue we had was there was no WiFi but it’s a newer home and literally everything else was perfect so that won’t change my review. Highly recommend.
