Clean cozy space that feels private. Well planned layout and supplies. Everything we needed. The animals grazing out back was an added morning bonus as we sat outside with our coffee. It's not far at all from all the bustle of Shipshewana activities,

Loved the place to stay in Shipshe. Sweet tiny house was clean and confortable. The only negative was nowhere to sit in a comfy chair. Similar to a hotel room, only better. Thank you!

We and my boys had a fantastic stay in this cozy, clean, and well located house. Walking / biking to downtown restaurants and shops. Great sleeping. And extra fun to have the farm and animal life right in the back. Would stay again. Thanks.

Absolutely stunning place! Tiny but feels large and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Check in and out are so simple. The host was very easy to connect with and confirmed my arrival went smoothly.
The loft’s bed is absolutely so comfortable! That was the best nights sleep I’d had in a long time. My kids loved the loft, the unique stairs, the color changing fire place, and the neighbors animals. My son (6yo) is already asking when we can stay again and check out a different unit.
This place is just off the busy pathway of many tourist locations, very cute dog park sits across the street and you often see horse and buggy coming down the road.
I would recommend this place to anyone needing a break from home, looking to search for antiques or wanting to check out the tiny living environment for ideas.

This place was amazing! The animals in the back were a bonus. The only thing we could think to make it better was a full length mirror. Would recommend to all our family and friends to stay here!

We had a lovely peaceful stay in this Tiny Home. We walked to restaurants and shops and it was so nice to leave the car parked. It was a novelty to be able to walk out to the back fence and enjoy the animals in the field behind the property. We had a lovely view of the sunset. We might make this an annual trip!

Husband and I had a few days to get away, so glad we chose this cute little place! Very peaceful, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our view of the animals right behind us. Comfy bed, good shower - forgot my hairdryer and there was one there. When we first got there, the doorknob to the back door was loose - we didn’t want it to come off or have them think it was something we did. I messaged Landon and he sent someone over right away to tighten it up. Of course we knew it was a tiny home but did wish there could be a small comfy chair for tv watching or reading. The patio and porch chairs were very nice but it was a little cool during our stay. Great proximity to cute shops and restaurants. Would love to stay again!

This is our third time staying at Landon's place. We visit Shipshewana on a regular basis, and appreciate that the place is within walking distance of downtown Shipshewana and is next door to the Pumpkinvine Trail. We also enjoy having extra space to relax and unwind in the evening as well as have the option to have meals in the tiny house. We will certainly stay again.

The photos of Landons property did no justice towards its true beauty. Just located outside of local farms, my family and I woke up to the sounds of sheep & horses; also the sight of a beautiful sunrise on newly built amish homes. My family and I look forward to staying in Mr.Landons properties again because it was nothing but an amazing experience.

Beautiful place! Super clean.
Super quiet. You can see horses around, and buggies passing by.

I traveled to visit family and to work remotely. Wi-fi was great and I had no connectivity issues. The place was comfortable, clean, and cozy, with a lot of space for a tiny home. It was conveniently located for me to visit friends in Middlebury, Shipshewana, and White Pigeon, Michigan. There are very limitied check-out requirements, which was so refreshing compared to other Airbnbs I have stayed at. All they asked was that any used dishes were washed, trash was taken out, and fridge was emptied. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.
