We know, contracts aren’t the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we’ll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it’s all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:
1. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the Guide Book (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

2. Pet Policy: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

6. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

Beautiful home in the mountains. Perfect for a family of 4! Bummed that the cold plunge wasn't working, but enjoy sauna and hot tub and fire pit. Comfy beds and couch. The kitchen was perfect for and well equipped.

We absolutely loved the cabin—it’s beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It has everything you need and is surrounded by trees, so you don’t see the neighbors at all. It feels very private, perfect for a getaway where you can truly disconnect and feel like you’re somewhere else.
All the amenities were fantastic: the hot tub, the fire pit, and the movie projector made the experience extra special. The host’s attention was exceptional. We needed a blender, and although it wasn’t initially available, within minutes a car arrived with an Instacart delivery that included a blender and even some chocolate :)
We would absolutely come back without hesitation—we didn’t want to leave!

This property was so peaceful and amazing! We spent our one year anniversary here and we are happy we did! We took advantage of the Hot Tub and the peaceful balcony which we had coffee each morning. What is our cancellation policy?

- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.

- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days` notice before your scheduled check-in.
