Great place to stay with large family. Good central location close to Siesta Key Beach, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and Mote Aquarium. The two houses make it convenient. Would definitely recommend paying for pool heat. The pool gets quite cold if the heat isn't on.

First time renter. From the pictures place as described. Very clean in both homes! Landon great and always responsive. Was very nice to deal with. Perfect for 2 family’s. First house 5/6 no people. Second like 4. Kitchen and bathrooms clean!! Also stocked with all you need to cook. Outside area was great pool clean nice seating area. And the golf putting amazing. Feel private in the back like you away. Make sure you keep the doors closed. We hunted some little lizards. But nothing crazy. The front of the home be careful gets muddy with the rain and careful parking There a big drop of your not paying attention. Location a bit farther from siesta keys beach. Host made us aware we arrived on weekday by 9-9:30 and you should be ok. They had 2 umbrellas and 5 chairs helpful. All in all the place is great we definitely would consider it again with another family. Although farther from the beach, the convenience of every store around you is great.

Well thought out property. The outdoor area was fantastic with the putting green, large pool with splash pad and deep end seating, lighted pergola and umbrellas. Fully fenced-in backyard was very dog friendly. Our pooch chased lizards for hours. Both kitchens had necessary items for cooking, all appliances worked well. The location of the house was near many restaurants and stores with Siesta Beach just 20 minutes away. Thanks for sharing this unique property with us.

This was the best Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at. It was exactly like the pictures and was such a cool place. It was incredibly clean and modern. Landon and the team have figured out “the perfect air bnb”. We legitimately didn’t have a single problem but I know if we did, Landon and the team would’ve came to the rescue immediately. While I love seeing and staying new places, if I’m back in this area, I won’t even consider staying elsewhere. I can’t wait to get back with the family!

We spent a long weekend here with a group of guys on a golf trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location was perfect—close to amenities and only about 20 minutes from the airport. The home was clean, spacious, quiet, and completely hassle-free, which made it an ideal spot to relax between rounds.
The “Twin” setup is especially well thought out and would be perfect for two families, with shared access to the pool and putting green. Landon was a very responsive host, and the property was impeccably clean and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again.

The two houses and entertainment area were perfect! Were loved hanging by the pool, playing putt putt and relaxing outside. The rooms were nice and big. Everything was clean and taken well care of! We were very pleased with this property and its location. We were in Sarasota for a somber occasion, but staying here made the situation better.
The beds were comfortable, the A/C was cold, the wi-fi was fast, the showers had ample hot water, and it’s only a short walk to Walt’s. We took full advantage of the pool, too. The putting green was nice, though I lack the skill to use it.
To top it off, the management was very responsive to my messages. We will definitely keep this place on our list for future visits.

Wow Landon’s place was more than expected! It was close to everything we needed. The house(s) look just like the pictures. So spacious, my family and I were more than comfortable. The beds were really comfy, house was super clean. We grilled most of the time and had family meals outside in the beautiful patio/backyard. Can't say enough good things about this property! So much space to spread out, comfortable beds, pristine kitchens and bathrooms, soft linens and lots of extra bath towels! The location was close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend Twin Palms and am currently trying to figure out a way to return soon! This Airbnb was amazing for a big family who can’t afford to house eight people directly on the beach, we found this to be the best of both worlds easy access to Siesta and Lido while still having super easy access to Trader Joe’s, restaurants and convenience store. The Airbnb itself far exceeded expectations. It was so easy clean and comfortable. My husband and I in our six children had an amazing stay and we will absolutely be back. This Airbnb had everything I didn’t even have to pack shampoo, conditioner, or soap, which, for a family of eight makes a huge difference. Finally, this Airbnb is within seven minutes of the best restaurant in Sarasota - Philipi Creek - I’ve been going to this restaurant since I was a child. It has never changed. It is incredible super family, friendly and I love it.

Listing comes with two houses. Both were well maintained and clean. Pool and outside area provided plenty of chairs for lounging and nice sheltered table area for eating and hanging out. Good location with many restaurants and short drive to siesta key.

We loved Twin Palms! Everything was as nice as the pictures. A couple minor things: We were given two separate 4 digit codes for each of the houses before checking in but then a totally different 5 digit one in a separate message. We didn’t know why so we tried all of them until we got the doors to open. It was a little tricky though-could’ve been an easier process. Secondly, the listing advertises Guatemalan coffee but there was none available, only Folgers. We are not coffee snobs but had been looking forward to trying it! We ended up going to one of the recommended coffee shops and got our own bag which was delicious! Lastly, if you are heading to Siesta Key beach, be sure to leave early. We didn’t leave until about 11:30 and traffic and parking were a nightmare. But we would definitely stay here again!!

Overall great stay. Nice houses...recently remodeled/refinished. Nice pool.... Only slight issue was for people in House #2, the pool 'gurgled' somewhat loudly at night right outside the bedrooms. But....overall we had a great time over the week of Christmas. Close to lots of good seafood and Siesta Key. Neighborhood lacks sidewalks but also not a huge issue.

Twin palms was perfect for our group of 8! The pool and pergola setup are amazing! Bagel and coffee shop are walkable and many other options for food and food shopping nearby. Having the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and a wagon is super for a beach day! Lido beach is close and so beautiful at sunset!

On my stay, I appreciated how organized, clean, and spacious the property was. Everything looked exactly how it did in the pictures. Landon responded quick and gave clear instructions and tons of recommendations for locations nearby. Not only did I get to spend time with my family on a family trip, but we also had tons of fun playing board games that were available for us to use. Overall, I would rate the trip a 10/10.
